Star Wars

Jimmeney crickets it takes a bit to figure out what you wanna write about. Not only that I work 6 days a week and on my day off I am still working. If I am seriously motivated to write then I will be in here before work and after work typing. Not so sure if right now I am that motivated but I am sure something will come to me. And when it does whew be prepared. My blogs are like my letters I write. I will start with very little and over a few days end up with a novel.

I was thinking about when I first started this blog and I said that it was going to be all about me and that was it. Well as you can tell through my writing that was not totally the case. Yeah most of it is but somehow my husband or his friends always find their way into my writings. I guess I just can't find anything interesting enough about myself to keep everyone interested, so I write about what is going on in everyone elses lives. Like last nights adventure.

Jerry, Brandon, Brent, John, Arnold, and I all went to see Star Wars Episode III. Of course we stood in line for 6 hours in the middle of the night but we saw it. The movie started at 3:15 am. I, of course, had to work that day but as soon as I got home, sometime around 7:15pm, we all left to go and sit in line for hours. Thank god I didn't have to work the next day. I made sure to bring some stuff to keep me entertained. Which I didn't even bother with. They brought a portable DVD player and watched attack of the clones the animated version. Brandon and I snuck off to a sports bar where he and I shared motzerella sticks and nachos. I didn't touch the nachos we ended up bringing them back with us and sharing them with the rest of the crew. Around 1 am I started getting exhausted, but could not go to sleep knowing that in an hour they would let us in for the movie. Having gotten up at 845am the fatigue was starting to kick in. The movie was good. Probably would be better if I had not been totally exhausted. I had requested 2 days off but lost one because one of our managers quit and they needed fillers. A lot of people said it was one of the best out of all the episodes. I know that Jerry loved it. It was cool though. Needed something but I am not sure what. The guy who played Anakin Skywalker (Darth Vader) is a terrible actor, cept when he was acting evil then he was pretty good. After the movie John and Jerry were both interviewed and put on live tv. They were playing jedi jeopardy and they both won. But because if the live broadcast we hung around for an hour after the theatre. We went home after the movie. I was starving and falling asleep the whole drive home. At the house everyone was dropping like flies. Jerry fell asleep smoking and while taking his medication. I had to almost carry him into the bedroom. I stripped his clothes off and covered him up. Then I made sure that everyone else was comfortable and had their pillows and blankets. When it was time for me to finally go to sleep I was a little more awake. I laid there and read for awhile to make the drowsiness kick back in. That didn't take long.

As usual on my day off work was trying to call me in. Thank god I turned off all the phones. One of them was really sick and she needed someone to take over for her. No way was I going to go to work. I had just gotten home and needed to sleep. I am not that good of a photographer, if I am falling asleep during photographing my customers. My energy would not have been their for the kids. I need that energy. Jerry has no idea how exhausting it is to be a photographer. He thinks I just stand next to the camera and say smile. Actually I pick up kids and position them on the table, I move my table around the room, change the carpets and the backgrounds. Adjust how people are sitting and standing. Jumping, making noises, tickling, dodging the camera. Running from the people I am photographing to the camera. During all of this I am also answering the phone, and dealing with other customers, i.e.. answering questions, making appointments and delivering their pictures. When I am not taking pictures I am walking from one entrance to the other trying to wrangle customers. Handing them fliers and playing with all the kids that I see. Or I am cleaning my studio, which is needed frequently. Dust settles back in 5 minutes.

Well I want to write more but we are trying to catch up on a lot of missed shows due to his friends coming in from out of town and herping. I know it is just rambling but it is MY rambling. Look something bout me woo hoo.
