You bad You Can Do Anything

I do not get some companies. The bad associates get more priveledges and away with stuff the good associates would get written up for. I have seen it in more than one company. Where I am there are at least 4 businesses inside one building. I see the good and the bad associates and the bosses treat the bad ones better than the good ones.
There are the perfect employee. Always on time. Top sales associate. No customer complaints. Customers love them. They have great work ethics and exceed their work duties. Come into work when injured or sick. Helps everyone and does everything asked of the associate. Follows the rules if not 100% at least 75%.
Then there are the associates who sleep while at work. Bring their kids to work. Talk on the phone all day. Are always late. Have an issue with almost every customer. Have a poor sales record. Sit all day and not doing anything. Supposed to do something and puts it off for the next associate. Always on break. Does a half ass job. And clocks out late to get a little extra time on their card.
I have seen the bad associates stick around longer than the good ones. That is because the good ones get fed up busting their asses exceeding work expectations and doing the work of everyone else. Is kinda like home life. The woman will do all the laundry, go grocery shopping, do the dishes, and cleaning the house when the rest of the people just do one section of the work or half of that one section or even none at all. Do they get praised? NO! But yet they keep doing it because they can't exactly quit. Unlike at work when you can quit and go somewhere else where you MIGHT get more appreciation.
With the bad workers they will continuously do stuff wrong and still have a job. I know one associate in my company that has screamed and cussed at a customer. And she is still with the company. Another associate has been here for 3 years and she comes to work in slippers and pajama bottoms. She also brings her kids to work. Another associate is always always asking for more hours but when she is on call she can't work. And when she is scheduled to work she has some issue and she will call in. Then she gripes that her check is really small. I know one that will sleep while on the clock. Yet they are all still employed. If I decided to take a nap I wait til it is my lunch then sleep for the full time of lunch. I will NEVER bring my kids to work, of course I can't have kids so that will never be a problem.
I am one of the most loyal and hard working associates. I am always on time. Do what I am supposed to do and do the jobs of other people. I even do the job of other associates that are not even part of my section in this building.
It is just like my last blog. No matter how good you are, the good guy always gets shit on. It is like that everywhere whether in work or out of work. The bad worker, bad guy, gets away with more than the guy who does it all right. And because of that the good ones eventually go bad.
